CANCELLATION POLICY

*Bring exact cash if paying that way + tips appreciated. *All visits are by appointment only. *If you’re scheduling a virtual consultation with me, we’ll be doing a video call. Just a heads-up, if you don’t have an iPhone, please let me know! *When you get here for your service, please head inside the “LUXE SALON SUITE BY GOULD’S” and knock on room 107. Let me know you’re there! If the front door is closed, no worries, just sit in your car and give me a call. *Please arrive on time or up to 5–10 minutes early. *Late arrivals over 20 minutes will be treated as a no-show. A cancellation fee is your deposit + 20% of the total your service cost will apply. *Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the cancellation fee will apply. *Deposits are valid for 2 time rescheduling within a one-month period from the original appointment date. *The deposit will be added to your services, and it’s non-refundable, non-transferable. *After-hours appointments are available upon request, with an additional cost. *No kids. *Avoid caffeine & alcohol for 24 hours prior to your permanent makeup appointment. *Limit of one person per appointment. *If you have any additional questions, please contact us via (662)-812-5950 (text or call).
